Temporary Strainers

These Strainers are designed for temporary or short periods of operation, for example during commissioning and initial start up periods of new or reconditioned process lines, to remove any coarse debris such as Rags, Welding Rods, Pipe Scale, etc, accidently or unavoidably present within a System. These are available as 'Tennis Bat' (Flat Disc), 'Witch Hat' (Conical), Top Hat' (Conical) and "Bath Tub" (T Type).

Y Type Strainers

The Y Type Strainer is the most common and economical type of Strainer for permanent applications, suitable for mounting in Horizontal and Vertical positions.

S Type Mono In Line Strainers

Developed for use in Petroleum Loading Systems where the process demands a high throughput, low pressure drop characteristics and high efficiency filtration. Also available in a Multi Basket version.

Mono In Line Strainers

Designed for efficent removal and retention of solid / foreign material from flowing Liquids and Gases.

These Strainers offer a larger filtration area than similar strainers on the market, ensuring minimal pressure loss, improved flow rates and grater dirt holding capacity, ultimately leading to longer service / maintenance intervals.

Duplex Strainers

Manufactured in a dual configuration, with each strainer having two (2) Filter Chambers, one (1) On-line and the other on Stand-by, allowing continous operations and no down time during maintenance. The changing over between On-line and Stand-by is achieved by utilising the Integral Valve System controlled by a single lever.

Self Cleaning Strainers

Self Cleaning Strainers can be used as an alternative to Dual In-line Strainers, allowing cleaning of the Screen without personnel having to manually switch a Valve over. The significant benefit of this is when filtration is required in Hazardous Areas as these systems can be operated from a Controllers Station, eliminating the risk of personnel having to venture into the Hazardous Area.

We are able to offer designed and manufactured Process Pressure Vessels to suit Gas Filtration, Gas / Liquid Separation, Liquid / Liquid Coalesces, Oily Water Separators, Custom Built Pressure Vessels, Duplex Skid Filters and Liquid Filtration Systems.
