Float Valves - Baker® Type

Plunger type valve offers positive and instant shut-off. In normal drilling
operations the Model "F" offers economy and durability. The piston type stops flow-back when
making connections and keeps cuttings out of the drill string. Flapper style valve features an
investment cast flapper. It has quick opening for full flow through the valve. Designed for
highly abrasive drilling fluids. All cages are made from hi-tech alloys. Coated with Xylan®
- the most successful fluoropolymer coating in the world dramatically reduces corrosion and

DRILLMAX GATE VALVES for high pressure service are readily disassembled and reassembled without removing the body from the line. Inspection and repair may be accomplished in a short time, to restore the valve to full operating efficiency. Available in Full Port 2",3" & 4" (3000 & 5000 PSI WP), Regular Port 4"x3", 5"x4" & 6"x4" (3000 & 5000 PSI WP). Standard Materials are Cast Steel Body & Bonnet; Buna N Seat & Seals; Ductile Iron Seat Inserts; 303 SS Stem; Steel Gate.
